At URGE. , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, swimwear for hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at urgeclothingbrand@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.

6. Restocking fee of 20% of your product price is applicable on every return.
