1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Underwear, swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
6. Restocking fee of 20% of your product price is applicable on every return.
